Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Flour 2 cup
  • Ghee or Oil 1/2 cup
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put wheat flour, flour and ghee or oil in plate and knead it nicely.
  2. Now make one one portions, roll like roti and put oil.
  3. Then make roll of paratha and roll it again.
  4. Then heat oil in wok and deep fry paratha.
  5. When golden from both sides, take it out.
  6. Also keep some onion and tamarind chutney.
  7. Paratha roll is ready.
