Ingredients:
- Wheat flour 1 cup
- Flour 2 cup
- Ghee or Oil 1/2 cup
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put wheat flour, flour and ghee or oil in plate and knead it nicely.
- Now make one one portions, roll like roti and put oil.
- Then make roll of paratha and roll it again.
- Then heat oil in wok and deep fry paratha.
- When golden from both sides, take it out.
- Also keep some onion and tamarind chutney.
- Paratha roll is ready.
