Keema Aloo Ki Tahari by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Sela rice 500 gm
  • Beef mince 300 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 3-4
  • Potatoes 3-4
  • Eggs 6
  • Onion 1
  • Cinnamon 2-3 sticks
  • Big green chilies 3-4
  • Cardamom 3-4
  • Cloves 3-4
  • Black cardamom 3-4
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Curry power 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil eggs and potatoes and keep it separate.
  2. Now heat oil in pan, put ginger garlic paste and onion and fry until brown.
  3. Then put cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and black cardamom and fry it.
  4. Now add mince and roast it.
  5. Then put yogurt, red chili powder, cumin, curry powder and salt in mixing bowl and beat it.
  6. Then put in pan and roast until oil separates.
  7. Now put rice and water as required.
  8. Then put tomatoes and green chilies and cook until it water dries.
  9. Add potatoes, simmer it, when ready, take out in dish, garnish with boiled eggs and serve.
