Ingredients:
- Butter 8 oz
- Ghee 4 oz
- Caster sugar 16 oz
- Eggs 6
- Semolina 16 oz
- Flour 4 oz
- Baking powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Green cardamom 1 tsp
- Saffron essence 1/2 tsp
- Almonds and pistachios 1/2 cup
- Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
Method:
- Beat butter and ghee with caster sugar.
- Now put eggs 1 by 1 and beat it.
- Then put flour and milk and beat it.
- Then add cardamom, mix it and keep it aside.
- Sprinkle almonds, pistachios and poppy seeds on top.
- Now put in greased pan, bake for 40-45 minutes, cool it, cut into squares and serve it.
