					Ingredients:
- Milk 2 liters
 
- Water 1 cup
 
- Colored vermicelli boiled 1 cup
 
- Water 3 cups
 
- Sugar 3/4 cup
 
- Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
 
- Saffron crushed 1/2 tsp
 
- Basil seeds 2 tbsp
 
- Almonds blanched and ground 4 tbsp
 
- Pistachios ground 4 tbsp
 
- China grass 4 tbsp
 
Method:
- Soak basil seeds in water.
 
- Now soak grass in 3 cup water separate.
 
- Then cook it until whole grass is dissolved.
 
- Now divide this mixture into 2 portions.
 
- Mix green color in one portion and red color in second portion and freeze in separate bowls.
 
- When freezes, cut into small square pieces.
 
- Now put sugar, soaked basil seeds, vermicelli, almonds, pistachios, cardamom and saffron in milk and mix it nicely.
 
- When sugar dissolves, mix all ingredients and serve chill.
