Ingredients:

  • Milk 2 liters
  • Water 1 cup
  • Colored vermicelli boiled 1 cup
  • Water 3 cups
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Saffron crushed 1/2 tsp
  • Basil seeds 2 tbsp
  • Almonds blanched and ground 4 tbsp
  • Pistachios ground 4 tbsp
  • China grass 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Soak basil seeds in water.
  2. Now soak grass in 3 cup water separate.
  3. Then cook it until whole grass is dissolved.
  4. Now divide this mixture into 2 portions.
  5. Mix green color in one portion and red color in second portion and freeze in separate bowls.
  6. When freezes, cut into small square pieces.
  7. Now put sugar, soaked basil seeds, vermicelli, almonds, pistachios, cardamom and saffron in milk and mix it nicely.
  8. When sugar dissolves, mix all ingredients and serve chill.
