Kulfa Kheer by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Milk 1-1/2 liter
- Bread slices 4
- Pistachios 100 gm
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1-1/2 cup
- Khoya 250 gm
- Kewra 1 tsp
- Chopped rice 4 tbsp
- Silver paper 4
- Pistachios for garnish
Method:
- Put sugar, cardamom, 100 gm pistachios and rice in 1 liter milk and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
- Now soak bread slices in 50 gm milk and leave it for 1 hour.
- Now blend milk, bread slices and khoya.
- Then add in milk and cook on low flame.
- When thick, close stove, put kewra and take out in dish.
- In end, garnish with silver paper and pistachios and serve.
