Kulfa Saag by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Kulfa saag 1 kg
- Chopped onions 2
- Lemons 2
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Mustard oil 1 cup
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut saag finely, wash it and soak it.
- Put oil in wok and heat it.
- When hot, put onion and fry it until light pink.
- Then take out water from saag and put in wok.
- Also put red chili, turmeric and salt, roast it nicely and put lemon juice.
- Then put green chilies and simmer it for 5 minutes.
- Serve saag with daal chawal or hot chapati.
