Vegetable Seekh Kabab by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
- Boiled peas 1/2 cup
- Grated carrots 1
- Bread slices 2
- Egg whites 2
- Lemons 2
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Chopped green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Seekh kabab masala 3 tbsp
- Rice flour 3 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mash potatoes.
- Now grind peas and carrots in chopper and mix in potatoes.
- Then add cumin, kabab masala, lemon juice, green coriander, green chilies, mint leaves, egg, rice flour and soft portion of bread slice and mix it nicely.
- Then heat some oil in frying pan, make seekh kabab of little mixture and fry it lightly in hot oil.
- When golden brown, vegetable seekh kabab is ready.
