Vegetable Seekh Kabab by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Boiled peas 1/2 cup
  • Grated carrots 1
  • Bread slices 2
  • Egg whites 2
  • Lemons 2
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Chopped green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Seekh kabab masala 3 tbsp
  • Rice flour 3 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mash potatoes.
  2. Now grind peas and carrots in chopper and mix in potatoes.
  3. Then add cumin, kabab masala, lemon juice, green coriander, green chilies, mint leaves, egg, rice flour and soft portion of bread slice and mix it nicely.
  4. Then heat some oil in frying pan, make seekh kabab of little mixture and fry it lightly in hot oil.
  5. When golden brown, vegetable seekh kabab is ready.
