Ingredients:

  • Boneless fish 500 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  • Vinegar 2-3 tbsp
  • Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients in chopper and make paste.
  2. Then wrap in plastic.
  3. Give shape of sausages and tie with thread.
  4. Then steam it, take it out and cool it.
  5. Sausages is ready.
