Fish Sausages by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Boneless fish 500 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
- Vinegar 2-3 tbsp
- Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put all ingredients in chopper and make paste.
- Then wrap in plastic.
- Give shape of sausages and tie with thread.
- Then steam it, take it out and cool it.
- Sausages is ready.
