Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1
  • Prawns 6-8
  • Stock 6 cups
  • Bean sprouts 1/2 cup
  • Bean curd 1
  • Cabbage finely sliced 4 tbsp
  • Carrots finely slices 3 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1
  • Ketchup 1/2 cup
  • White vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Egg 1

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken and prawns with salt, white pepper and corn flour.
  2. Now boil stock.
  3. Now put marinate chicken and prawns with salt, white pepper, bean sprouts, bean curd, cabbage, carrot and coriander leaves and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Then add soya sauce, chili sauce, ketchup and vinegar.
  5. Now thick soup with corn flour paste.
  6. Then put beaten egg.
  7. Now take it out and add coriander leaves.
