Malbari Prawns by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Prawns 1 kg
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Green chilies 6
- Dry mango powder 1 cup
- Curry leaves 6
- Whole round chilies 6
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Desiccated coconut 2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Chopped onions 1 cup
- Tomatoes 3
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil and put round chilies, fennel seeds and curry leaves.
- When fragrance comes, add onions.
- Then put coriander powder, turmeric, salt, coconut, tomatoes and mango powder and cover it.
- Then add prawns and roast it nicely.
- Now put yogurt, simmer it for 10 minutes and close stove.
