Ingredients:
- Lady fingers 1/2 kg
- Chopped onion 4
- Coriander seeds 1/2 tbsp
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Red chili 8
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Green chilies 4
- Black peppercorn 4
- Green cardamom 2
- Lemons 3
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
- Wash lady fingers, cut upper and lower part and mark cut.
- Heat oil in wok and fry onion until light pink.
- Now put turmeric, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, red chili, black pepper and cardamom and roast it little.
- Then heat 12/ cup oil in separate frying pan and fry lady fingers.
- Then put onion, cover it and simmer it for 5 minutes.
- When serve, put salt and lemon juice and serve hot.
