Ingredients:

  • Lady fingers 1/2 kg
  • Chopped onion 4
  • Coriander seeds 1/2 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chili 8
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilies 4
  • Black peppercorn 4
  • Green cardamom 2
  • Lemons 3
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. Wash lady fingers, cut upper and lower part and mark cut.
  2. Heat oil in wok and fry onion until light pink.
  3. Now put turmeric, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, red chili, black pepper and cardamom and roast it little.
  4. Then heat 12/ cup oil in separate frying pan and fry lady fingers.
  5. Then put onion, cover it and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  6. When serve, put salt and lemon juice and serve hot.
