Ingredients:

  • Mix vegetables 1/2 kg
  • Potatoes 3-4
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Onion 1
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1/3 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/3 tsp
  • Coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 4-5 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan and fry onion.
  2. Now roast ginger garlic paste.
  3. Then add tomatoes and roast it.
  4. Then put mix vegetables and cook it.
  5. Then add chili powder, black pepper, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, onion seeds, fenugreek seeds and fennel seeds and roast it nicely.
  6. Then add water as required and cook until water dries and masala leaves oil.
  7. Then take out in dish, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
