Hara Masala Rice by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Sela rice 300 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
- Coriander 1/2 bunch
- Green chilies 4-5
- Cinnamon 2-3 sticks
- Cloves 3-4
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 2-3
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, add cinnamon, cloves, mustard seeds, curry leaves and oil and fry it.
- Now put rice and mix it nicely.
- Then add coriander, green chilies and mint leaves and mix it.
- When rice is ready, take out in dish and serve.
