Chinoti Kunna Gosht by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Chili powder 3 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Onion 1 large
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Black cumin 1 tsp
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Wheat flour 1/2 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put ginger garlic paste with water, ghee, mutton, chili powder, salt, coriander powder, turmeric and onion in handi, cover it and cook for 30 minutes.
  2. Then fry it nicely.
  3. Add 3 cup water for meat tender.
  4. When meat tender, put wheat flour paste and stir it continuously.
  5. Then add black cumin and cook on low flame for 15 minutes until ghee comes up.
  6. Now serve it with naan.
