Chinoti Kunna Gosht by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1 kg
- Chili powder 3 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Onion 1 large
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Black cumin 1 tsp
- Ghee 1 cup
- Wheat flour 1/2 cup
- Water 1/2 cup
Method:
- Put ginger garlic paste with water, ghee, mutton, chili powder, salt, coriander powder, turmeric and onion in handi, cover it and cook for 30 minutes.
- Then fry it nicely.
- Add 3 cup water for meat tender.
- When meat tender, put wheat flour paste and stir it continuously.
- Then add black cumin and cook on low flame for 15 minutes until ghee comes up.
- Now serve it with naan.
