Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 500 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp

For White Sauce:

  • Butter 50 gm
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1-1/2 cup
  • Chopped mushrooms 1 tin
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Boiled mixed vegetables as required

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with lemon juice, mustard paste, black pepper, salt, garlic paste and worcestershire sauce and keep in fridge overnight.
  2. Now heat pan, put oil and roast chicken on both sides for 5 minutes.
  3. For sauce: Heat butter and roast flour.
  4. Now put milk, black pepper, salt, oregano, mushrooms and 1 tbsp parmesan cheese and cook it.
  5. When thick, close stove and add lemon juice.
  6. When serve, keep steak on plate.
  7. Then put white sauce and boiled mix vegetables on top.
  8. Pepper steak is ready.
