Ingredients:
- Yogurt 1 kg
- Condensed milk 1 can (14 oz)
- Almonds (sliced) 2 tbsp
Method:
- Pour yogurt into strainer with muslin and set it over bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate until yogurt has reached consistency of soft cream cheese, about 8 hours.
- Preheat an oven to 175 degrees C.
- Grease an 8-inch dish.
- Discard liquid that has drained from yogurt.
- Place yogurt into bowl, and whisk in condensed milk.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated oven until mixture is firm and top is lightly browned, about 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven, and sprinkle almonds over top.
- Cool to room temperature before slicing into wedges and serving.
