Ingredients:
- Shrimps 500 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Eggs 2
- Corn flour 1 cup
- All purpose flour 1 cup
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
For Sauce:
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Chili garlic sauce 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Chicken stock 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Lettuce leaves as required
- Spring onion 2-3 strands
Method:
- Beat eggs in mixing bowl.
- Now mix flour, corn flour and black pepper.
- Marinate shrimps with ginger garlic paste and salt.
- Now coat shrimps with corn flour mixture, then dip in eggs and then coat with corn flour mixture.
- Then heat oil in pan, fry shrimps, take it out and keep it aside.
- For sauce: Cook chili garlic sauce, stock, honey, lemon juice and salt in pan.
- Sauce is ready.
- Set lettuce leaves in cocktail glass, then coat fried shrimps with sauce, put in, garnish with green onion and serve.
