Ingredients:

  • Shrimps 500 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Corn flour 1 cup
  • All purpose flour 1 cup
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

For Sauce:

  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Chicken stock 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Lettuce leaves as required
  • Spring onion 2-3 strands

Method:

  1. Beat eggs in mixing bowl.
  2. Now mix flour, corn flour and black pepper.
  3. Marinate shrimps with ginger garlic paste and salt.
  4. Now coat shrimps with corn flour mixture, then dip in eggs and then coat with corn flour mixture.
  5. Then heat oil in pan, fry shrimps, take it out and keep it aside.
  6. For sauce: Cook chili garlic sauce, stock, honey, lemon juice and salt in pan.
  7. Sauce is ready.
  8. Set lettuce leaves in cocktail glass, then coat fried shrimps with sauce, put in, garnish with green onion and serve.
