Hakka Noodles by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Boiled noodles 1 packet
- Beef Julian strips 300 gm
- Chopped garlic 3-4 cloves
- Kashmiri red chilies 2
- Carrot slices 2
- Cabbage sliced 1
- Capsicum sliced 1
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Tomato puree 4 tbsp
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp
- Spring onion 2-3 strands
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash red chilies and clean it.
- Now put 2-3 tbsp oil in pan, heat it, put red chilies, fry it lightly, take it out with oil and keep it aside.
- Now heat oil in this pan and fry garlic and beef.
- Now add carrot, capsicum and cabbage and fry it.
- Now add salt, tomato puree, brown sugar, black pepper and soya sauce and put chilies oil.
- Then mix it nicely and add boiled noodles.
- Then put green onion, mix it, dish out it and serve.
