Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 6 oz
- Raw onion 1
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Butter 1 oz
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Brown onion grinded 2 tbsp
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Green chilies 4
- All spice 1 tsp
- Mint leaves chopped 6
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Pita bread 4
- Cucumber, tomato, salad leaves
For Pita Bread:
- Flour 2 cup
- Wheat flour 1/2 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Instant yeast 2 tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
Method:
- Mix raw onion, coriander leaves, butter, red pepper, brown onion, cumin, salt, green chilies, all spice, mix leaves and black pepper, mix in mince, marinate it and leave for 1 hour.
- Now give shape of seekh kabab and shallow fry in 2 tbsp oil until light golden.
- Now cut pita bread from center, open pocket and keep 2 kabab, tomato, cucumber and salad leaves in each pocket.
- Serve with french fries.
- For pita bread: Put flour, wheat flour, salt, sugar, yeast and oil in bowl and knead with lukewarm water.
