Ingredients:
- Boiled beef 1 kg
- Carom seeds 1 pinch
- Oil 1 cup
- Tomatoes 1/2 kg
- Green coriander few
- Green chilies 8-10
- Cumin 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Salt as required
- Lemons 2
Method:
- Heat oil and put green chilies.
- When fragrance comes, put boiled beef and roast on high flame.
- Then put tomatoes, cumin, all spice powder, red chili powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and salt, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
- When oil comes up, put lemon juice and green coriander.
- Also put carom seeds and serve.
