Ingredients:

  • Boiled beef 1 kg
  • Carom seeds 1 pinch
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Green coriander few
  • Green chilies 8-10
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Lemons 2

Method:

  1. Heat oil and put green chilies.
  2. When fragrance comes, put boiled beef and roast on high flame.
  3. Then put tomatoes, cumin, all spice powder, red chili powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and salt, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. When oil comes up, put lemon juice and green coriander.
  5. Also put carom seeds and serve.
