Chocolate Mousse by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chocolates 4 oz
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • Coco powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar 3 oz
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh cream whipped 1 cup
  • Gelatin 1 tsp
  • Water 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Soak gelatin in water.
  2. Melt chocolate, butter and milk in sauce pan.
  3. Now put coco powder and dissolved gelatin and mix it.
  4. Then beat eggs and sugar in bowl until fluffy.
  5. Now add essence and fold in chocolate and gelatin mixture.
  6. Then garnish with cream and sprinkle coco powder on top.
