Chocolate Mousse by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chocolates 4 oz
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Eggs 2
- Milk 2 tbsp
- Coco powder 1 tsp
- Sugar 3 oz
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
- Fresh cream whipped 1 cup
- Gelatin 1 tsp
- Water 1/4 cup
Method:
- Soak gelatin in water.
- Melt chocolate, butter and milk in sauce pan.
- Now put coco powder and dissolved gelatin and mix it.
- Then beat eggs and sugar in bowl until fluffy.
- Now add essence and fold in chocolate and gelatin mixture.
- Then garnish with cream and sprinkle coco powder on top.
