Kafta Kabab by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Mince - 1/2 kg
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped Onions - 1 cup
  • Chopped Fresh Coriander - 4 tbsp
  • Roasted and Grounded Cumin - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
  • All Spice Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Green Chili Garlic sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Hoisin sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp]
  • Paprika - 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies - 6
  • Cream - 4 tbsp
  • Sliced bread - 2
  • Egg - 1

Method:

  1. In a chopper, chop chicken mince, ginger garlic paste, salt, chopped onions, chopped fresh coriander, roasted and grounded cumin, cinnamon powder, all spice powder, green chili garlic sauce, hoisin sauce, black pepper, paprika, chopped green chilies, cream, sliced bread, egg and grind all together.
  2. Make long shaped balls.
  3. Now deep fry and smoke them.
