Ingredients:
For Dosa:
- Rice 2 cup
- Mash daal 1 cup
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
For Roll Filling:
- Boneless chicken 200 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
- Green chilies 4-5
- Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
- Oil 4-5 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Soak mash daal and rice overnight, grind in water in morning, thick it and make paste.
- Now add cumin and salt.
- Then heat oil in pan and roast garlic paste and chicken.
- Now put cumin, red chili, turmeric, salt, black pepper, fresh coriander and green chilies and cook it.
- When it is cooked, remove it.
- Now put some oil on tawa and spread dough paste in shape of roll.
- When it is little cooked, put masala.
- Then put cheese, turn like roll from both sides, cook on both sides and remove it.
