Dry Garlic Chutney by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Garlic 8-10 cloves
- Coconut 1/2 cup
- Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
- Roasted peanuts 1/2 cup
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
- Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Roast garlic, coconut, sesame seeds and peanuts in pan, take it out and cool it.
- Then grind with tamarind pulp.
- Now heat oil and put chutney.
- Then add salt, roast it and remove it.
