Chicken Tikka Karahi by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (4 pieces) 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Tomato chopped 1
  • Cumin roasted & crushed 1-1/2 tsp
  • Coriander roasted 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Red pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger sliced 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies whole 12

Method:

  1. Heat oil, fry chicken for 10 minutes and take it out.
  2. Now put tomato, ginger garlic paste, cumin, coriander, black pepper, red pepper and salt in this oil and fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Then put fried chicken and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Then add ginger and fried green chilies.
