Chicken Tikka Karahi by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken (4 pieces) 1 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Tomato chopped 1
- Cumin roasted & crushed 1-1/2 tsp
- Coriander roasted 1-1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Red pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger sliced 2 tbsp
- Green chilies whole 12
Method:
- Heat oil, fry chicken for 10 minutes and take it out.
- Now put tomato, ginger garlic paste, cumin, coriander, black pepper, red pepper and salt in this oil and fry for 5 minutes.
- Then put fried chicken and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Then add ginger and fried green chilies.
