To make the chicken, cut the boneless chicken into strips.
Now marinate the chicken with Ginger garl paste, salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper, roasted and crushed cumin seeds, origano and then cook them in oil till they get ready.
Now add sliced onions and sliced capsicum.
Toss well and take it out.
To assemble, on 1 tortilla spread 1 tbsp of sour cream and 1 tbsp of cheddar cheese, then place the other tortilla on top and put sour cream again with salsa.
Sprinkle some cheddar cheese, chicken mixture and then again some cheese topped with oregano.
Bake for 10-15 minutes on 180c.
Cut them like wedges and serve.
