Peachy Bread Pudding by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Peaches - 1 can
  • Sugar - 4 tbsp
  • Butter - 4 tbsp
  • Eggs - 4
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Condensed Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Cream - 1 cup
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
  • Chopped Croissant - 4
  • Melted Butter - 100 gms

Method:

  1. In a sauce pan, cook 4 tbsp sugar and 4 tbsp butter together till the sugar gets fully dissolved.
  2. Now add peaches.
  3. Cut croissants into pieces and line them in a baking dish.
  4. Pour melted butter on top of the croissants.
  5. Now whisk eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, milk, cream and vanilla essence.
  6. Put this mixture over the croissants.
  7. Spread peach mixture over it.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes at 180c.
