Ingredients:

  • Pumpkin 2 kg
  • Cardamom 6
  • Pistachio 50 gm
  • Desiccated coconut 100 gm
  • Ghee 250 gm
  • Sugar 250 gm
  • Ghee 250 gm
  • Kewra 1 tbsp
  • Dried milk 2 cup

Method:

  1. Grate pumpkin and cook with 1 glass water on low flame in pot.
  2. When tender, put ghee and roast it nicely.
  3. Then add sugar and cardamom.
  4. When water of sugar dries, put coconut and khoya and mix it.
  5. Then add kewra and dried milk and close stove.
  6. Then take it out in dish, sprinkle pistachio and serve.
