Crunchy Chicken Strips by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients: 

  • Boneless chicken breast - 300 gms 
  • Vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Crushed Red Pepper - 1/2 tsp 
  • Crushed black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli garlic sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Eggs - 2
  • Self-rising Flour - 1 cup
  • Bread crumbs - 1 cup
  • Garlic Powder - 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with vinegar, baking powder, salt, crushed red pepper, crushed black pepper and red chilli garlic sauce for 1 hour.
  2. Coat the chicken with self-raising flour.
  3. Now fold it into whisked egg, bread crumbs and garlic powder.
  4. Deep fry the strips and serve with fries.

Crunchy Chicken Strips is Main Course, prepared with Chicken and Pepper, coated with Bread Crumbs, marinated with Spices and served with Fries.
