Ingredients:

  • Wings - 1/2 kg
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  • Crushed Red Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Self - Rising Flour - 2 tbsp
  • Oil - for frying 

Ingredients for hot wing sauce:

  • Sriracha sauce - 1/2 cup
  • Oil - 1/4 cup
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcester sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Egg Yolk - 1
  • Cornflour - 2 tsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, crushed red pepper, ginger garlic paste, self-raising flour and leave it for 10 minutes.
  2. Deep fry them till golden and crisp.
  3. Toss the chicken into pre made sauce and serve immediately.
  4. For making sauce, take a sauce pan, add sriracha sauce, oil, sugar, garlic powder, Worcester sauce, salt, black pepper, mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Now take it out and cool it.
  6. Pour the sauce in the blender. Add egg yolk, water, corn flour, and blend.

Wild Wings is prepared with Wings and Red Pepper, marinated with three ingredients and served with Sauce.
