Ingredients:
Cubed Carrot - 1
Chopped Onion - 1
Crushed Garlic - 1 tbsp
Crushed Red Pepper - 1tsp
Chopped Tomatoes - 4
Oil - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Oregano - 1 tsp
Boiled Penne pasta - 2 cups
Ingredients for mince sauce:
Mince - 250 gms
Chopped Onion - 1
Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1/4 cup
Oregano - 1/2 tsp
Crushed Red Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Crushed Black Pepper - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Basil - 1 tsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Method:
For making pasta sauce, heat oil, add crushed garlic, chopped onion and cubed carrot.
Now add chopped tomatoes, crushed red pepper, salt, oregano and cook for 10 - 15 minutes till it turns thick.
Now cool this mixture and blend.
For making mince, heat oil and butter together, then add chopped onion, garlic paste, oregano, crushed red pepper, crushed black pepper, salt, basil, mince and fry for 5 minutes.
Now add 1 cup water, cover the lid and cook till the mince is tender.
Now add this mince in the pasta sauce, then fold boiled pasta with it.
Now take it out in a dish and garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
Serve hot and enjoy.
