Ingredients:

  • Ready made puff pastry 8 oz
  • Potato peeled 1
  • Carrot 2
  • Sweet corn 1 cup
  • Capsicum 1
  • Spring onion 1
  • Mushrooms 4
  • Chicken tikka chunks 1 cup
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Hung curd 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese grated 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 3

Method:

  1. Heat butter, put spring onion and chicken with potatoes, carrot, sweet corn, capsicum, salt, black pepper and red pepper and saute it.
  2. Now mix it nicely and take it out.
  3. Then grease 9 inch pie plate and line with rolled puff pastry dough.
  4. Then bake on 200 degrees C for 15 minutes.
  5. Now take it out and fill it with filling.
  6. Then mix yogurt, milk, flour mixture, cheese and eggs, put this mixture on filling and bake more on 200 degrees C for 20 minutes until it set.
