Ingredients:
- Ready made puff pastry 8 oz
- Potato peeled 1
- Carrot 2
- Sweet corn 1 cup
- Capsicum 1
- Spring onion 1
- Mushrooms 4
- Chicken tikka chunks 1 cup
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Hung curd 1 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp
- Mustard powder 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese grated 1/2 cup
- Eggs 3
Method:
- Heat butter, put spring onion and chicken with potatoes, carrot, sweet corn, capsicum, salt, black pepper and red pepper and saute it.
- Now mix it nicely and take it out.
- Then grease 9 inch pie plate and line with rolled puff pastry dough.
- Then bake on 200 degrees C for 15 minutes.
- Now take it out and fill it with filling.
- Then mix yogurt, milk, flour mixture, cheese and eggs, put this mixture on filling and bake more on 200 degrees C for 20 minutes until it set.
