Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Onions 2
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Chopped ginger 2 tsp
- Chopped garlic 2 tsp
- Green chilies 3-4
- Tomato 1
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Coconut milk 1 cup
- Crushed black pepper 2 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Green coriander for garnish
- Salt to taste
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Heat oil, put onion and saute it.
- Now put green chilies, ginger and garlic and saute it for 2 minutes.
- Then put chicken, tomato, turmeric, coriander powder, black pepper, red chili, all spice and salt and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Now add yogurt and coconut milk and cook on low flame for 20 minutes.
- Then put green coriander and serve.
