Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Onions 2
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Chopped ginger 2 tsp
  • Chopped garlic 2 tsp
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Tomato 1
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Coconut milk 1 cup
  • Crushed black pepper 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Green coriander for garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil, put onion and saute it.
  2. Now put green chilies, ginger and garlic and saute it for 2 minutes.
  3. Then put chicken, tomato, turmeric, coriander powder, black pepper, red chili, all spice and salt and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Now add yogurt and coconut milk and cook on low flame for 20 minutes.
  5. Then put green coriander and serve.
