Ingredients:
- Boiled rice 2 cup
- Boiled spaghetti 1/2 packet
- Boiled eggs 2
- Potatoes 2
- Onions 2
- Green chilies 6
- Tomatoes 1/2 kg
- Green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil, cut potatoes into long, fry it and take it out.
- Now fry onion in this oil.
- Now put tomatoes in onion.
- Also put cumin, salt and green chilies.
- Then add eggs and green coriander and simmer it for 10 minutes.
- Then put spaghetti and rice and mix it.
- Burmese rice is ready.
