Honey Nut Ice Cream by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

• Vanilla ice cream 1 liter
  
• Honey 3 tbsp
• Roasted peanuts 1/4 cup
• Roasted almonds 1/4 cup
• Roasted cashew nuts 1/4 cup
• Peanut butter 2 tbsp
• Honey 3 tbsp

Method:

1. Coarsely chop peanuts, almonds and cashew nuts in chopper and put them into bowl.
2. Add peanut butter and honey and mix well.
3. Add vanilla ice cream and mix with hand blender.
4. Pour into box with a tight-fitting lid
5. Freeze, when set serve in scoops.
