Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
- Lemon 3
- White vinegar 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash chicken boneless nicely and put in karahi.
- Now put salt and vinegar.
- When water dries, add ginger, black pepper, lemon juice and oil, roast it nicely and remove it.
- In end, serve Kashmiri namkeen chicken with hot hot naan.
