Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Lemon 3
  • White vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash chicken boneless nicely and put in karahi.
  2. Now put salt and vinegar.
  3. When water dries, add ginger, black pepper, lemon juice and oil, roast it nicely and remove it.
  4. In end, serve Kashmiri namkeen chicken with hot hot naan.
