Batair Yakhni by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Quail 4-5
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Red chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric paste 2-3 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Whole all spice 1/2 cup
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Clean batair and put yogurt.
  2. Now heat oil in pan and crackle whole all spice.
  3. Then fry onion lightly, add ginger garlic paste and fry it.
  4. Now add batair and roast it.
  5. Also add salt, turmeric paste and red chili paste and roast it.
  6. Then add water and cook until stock is ready.
  7. Then sprinkle all spice powder, dish out it and serve it.
