Ingredients:
- Quail 4-5
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Red chili paste 1 tbsp
- Turmeric paste 2-3 tbsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Whole all spice 1/2 cup
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Clean batair and put yogurt.
- Now heat oil in pan and crackle whole all spice.
- Then fry onion lightly, add ginger garlic paste and fry it.
- Now add batair and roast it.
- Also add salt, turmeric paste and red chili paste and roast it.
- Then add water and cook until stock is ready.
- Then sprinkle all spice powder, dish out it and serve it.
