Ingredients:
- Sesame seeds 500 gm
- Semolina 250 gm
- Cinnamon 2 sticks
- Green cardamom 5-6
- Cloves 5-6
- Milk 500 gm
- Sugar 1 cup
- Ghee 1 cup
Method:
- Put sesame seeds in dry pan, roast it lightly, make paste of it and keep it aside.
- Now put semolina in this pan and roast it.
- Heat ghee in second pan, put cloves, cinnamon and cardamom and roast it.
- Now add semolina, sesame seed paste, sugar and milk and roast it nicely.
- When fragrance comes and halwa leaves ghee, dish out and serve.
