Tomato Ketchup by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes - 1 pao 
  • Chilli powder - 4 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Vinegar - 1/2 cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Red Colour - 1/2 tsp 

Method:

  1. Cut tomatoes into big cubes.
  2. Now boil them without water for 30 minutes and blend.
  3. Strain the thick mixture.
  4. Add chilli powder, sugar, vinegar, ginger garlic paste, salt and red colour. 
  5. Cook till the ketchup gets ready.
  6. Cool it and fill in sterilised bottles.

Tomato Ketchup is prepared with Tomatoes, Chili Powder and Vinegar.
