Chana Daal Gosht by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Gram lentil 1 cup
- Brown onion 1/2 cups
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Whole spices 1/2 tbsp
- Korma masala 1/2 packet
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Heat oil, put whole spices and ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 minute.
- Now put mutton, korma masala, brown onion and yogurt, cover it and cook for 15 minutes.
- Then put 1 cup water, cover it again and cook it until meat is ready and water dries.
- Then add gram lentil and simmer it.
- In end, sprinkle whole spice and green coriander and serve with tandoori naan.
