Beef Steak With Mushroom Sauce by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Beef steak undercut 500 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp

For Mushroom Sauce:

  • Butter 100 gm
  • Chopped mushrooms 1 tin
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Marinate beef steak with ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, chili sauce, mustard paste, black pepper, salt and vinegar and leave for 1 hour.
  2. Now heat oil in frying pan and roast chicken for 5 minutes on both sides.
  3. For mushroom sauce: Heat butter and fry mushrooms.
  4. Now put tomato ketchup, stock, lemon juice, black pepper, salt and red chili and cook it.
  5. When it boils, dissolve corn flour in some water and add it.
  6. When thick, close stove and add oregano.
  7. In end, put on steak and serve.
