Beef Steak With Mushroom Sauce by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Beef steak undercut 500 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Chili sauce 1 tbsp
- Mustard paste 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
For Mushroom Sauce:
- Butter 100 gm
- Chopped mushrooms 1 tin
- Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
- Chicken stock 1 cup
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Oregano 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Marinate beef steak with ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, chili sauce, mustard paste, black pepper, salt and vinegar and leave for 1 hour.
- Now heat oil in frying pan and roast chicken for 5 minutes on both sides.
- For mushroom sauce: Heat butter and fry mushrooms.
- Now put tomato ketchup, stock, lemon juice, black pepper, salt and red chili and cook it.
- When it boils, dissolve corn flour in some water and add it.
- When thick, close stove and add oregano.
- In end, put on steak and serve.
