Ingredients:
- Fish fillets 4
- Chopped garlic 2 cloves
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Crushed green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Lemon juice 2 tsp
- Bun 4
- Chili garlic sauce as required
- Oil as required
- Mayonnaise as required
Method:
- Marinate fish with garlic, red chili and lemon juice.
- Now grill fish in pan or fry it lightly in oil.
- When fish cooks, keep it aside.
- Now toast bun and spread mayonnaise.
- Keep one fish filet on bun.
- Then spread chili sauce.
- Now keep green coriander, cover with second piece of bun and serve it.
