Ingredients:

  • Fish fillets 4
  • Chopped garlic 2 cloves
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Crushed green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp
  • Bun 4
  • Chili garlic sauce as required
  • Oil as required
  • Mayonnaise as required

Method:

  1. Marinate fish with garlic, red chili and lemon juice.
  2. Now grill fish in pan or fry it lightly in oil.
  3. When fish cooks, keep it aside.
  4. Now toast bun and spread mayonnaise.
  5. Keep one fish filet on bun.
  6. Then spread chili sauce.
  7. Now keep green coriander, cover with second piece of bun and serve it.
