Ingredients:
- Mushrooms 1 cup
- Green beans 1/2 cup
- Carrot slices 1-2
- Cabbage 1/2
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Onion sliced 1
- Tomatoes slices 2
- Green chilies 3-4
- Capsicum sliced 1-2
- Corn flour 1-2 tbsp
- Tomato paste 1/2 cup
- Soya sauce 4 tbsp
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and fry ginger garlic paste.
- Then add tomatoes and onion and fry it.
- Now add mushrooms and green beans and fry it.
- Now add carrot, capsicum and cabbage and stir fry it.
- Then add red chili powder, all spice powder, turmeric, tomato paste and soya sauce and roast it.
- Now add water as required and cook until vegetable tender.
- Add corn flour in water, mix it and cook until mixture is thick.
- Now dish out it and serve.
