Vegetable Tempura by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Potatoes 125 gm
- Carrot 125 gm
- Capsicum 125 gm
- Onion 125 gm
- Lettuce leaves for garnish
For Batter:
- Gram flour 1 cup
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
- Red chili powder 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut potatoes, carrot, capsicum and onion into thinly slices.
- Put all ingredients of batter except oil in mixing bowl and make thick batter.
- Then heat oil in pan, dip vegetable slices in batter and deep fry it.
- Now take it out, garnish with salad leaves and serve.
