Gajar Ka Halwa by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Carrots grated 2 kg
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Green cardamom 10
  • Melted ghee 1/2 cup
  • Khoya 2 cups
  • Almonds and pistachio slices 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put carrots and sugar in pan and mix with hands nicely.
  2. Noe put green cardamom, cover it and cook it.
  3. Water dries, put ghee and fry for 10 minutes nicely until water dries nicely.
  4. Then remove from stove, add khoya, put halwa immediately and leave for 15 minutes.
  5. In end, mix it nicely and serve.
