Gajar Ka Halwa by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Carrots grated 2 kg
- Sugar 1-1/2 cup
- Green cardamom 10
- Melted ghee 1/2 cup
- Khoya 2 cups
- Almonds and pistachio slices 4 tbsp
Method:
- Put carrots and sugar in pan and mix with hands nicely.
- Noe put green cardamom, cover it and cook it.
- Water dries, put ghee and fry for 10 minutes nicely until water dries nicely.
- Then remove from stove, add khoya, put halwa immediately and leave for 15 minutes.
- In end, mix it nicely and serve.
