Chicken Stuffed Spinach Roll by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 500 grams
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Boiled spinach 500 gm
  • Finely chopped green chilies 4-5
  • Crushed black pepper 1tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
  • Tomato paste 1/2 cup
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut chicken into slices, put garlic paste and leave it.
  2. Now heat oil in pan and fry chopped garlic.
  3. Then add tomato paste, black pepper, soya sauce and green chilies and fry it.
  4. Now add spinach and fry it.
  5. Then add lemon juice and salt and mix it.
  6. Now add mozzarella cheese and mix it.
  7. Fill filling in center of chicken slices and roll it.
  8. Then coat with bread crumbs and tie with tooth pick or thread.
  9. Then heat oil in pan, fry roll until crispy, take it out and serve.
  10. Steam roll in steamer and then fry it, if you want.
  11. In end, garnish with vegetables and serve.
