Fluffy Hot Chocolate Coffee by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

• Coffee 4 tbsp
• Milk 1 cup
• Cream 1/2 cup
• Sugar 3-4 tbsp
• Chocolate Bar as required

Method:

1. Add water and sugar in pan and cook until sugar dissolves.
2. When sugar dissolves, add coffee, mix it and remove it.
3. Now mix milk and chocolate in pan and melt it.
4. Then put in coffee cup and mix it.
5. Then garnish with cream and serve it.
