Creamy Chicken by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Green chilies 3
- Onion 1 cup
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Tomato puree 4 tbsp
- Sweet corn 1/2 cup
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Cream cheese 2 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 2
- Dinner rolls to serve
Method:
- Boil chicken with 1 cup water and ginger garlic paste until it is ready.
- Heat oil in wok and put cumin seeds and 3 green chilies.
- Then add onion and fry until soft.
- Now put tomato puree, with 2 green chilies, red pepper, salt, chaat masala, black pepper, chicken and sweet corn and cook for 5 minutes.
- Now stir it in cream and cream cheese and cook until chicken is ready.
- In end, garnish with coriander leave and serve hot with dinner rolls.
