Cassata Ice Cream Cake by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

• Sponge cake 2 cakes
• Vanilla ice cream 1 liter
• Strawberry ice cream 1 liter
• Chocolate ice cream 1 liter
• Almonds chopped 2 tbsp
• Walnuts chopped 2 tbsp
• Raisins 2 tbsp
• Chocolate chips 2 tbsp
• Fresh cream 8 oz
• Chocolate ganache 1 cup

For Ganache:

• Cream 200 gm
• Chocolate 200 gm
  

Method:

1. Put cake on loaf pan and spread vanilla ice cream.
2. Now put almonds, walnuts, raisins and chocolate chips.
3. Then put second layer of strawberry ice cream.
4. In end, put chocolate ice cream and chill over night.
5. In end, put chocolate ganache, garnish with cream and serve.
