Korma Rice by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Rice 1/2 kg
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Onions 2
- Bay leaves 2
- Small cardamom 3
- Green chilies 6
- Ghee 1 cup
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Mint leaves 1/2 bunches
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Kewra 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Method:
- Soak rice for 30 minutes.
- Noe heat ghee in pot, fry onion until brown and take it out.
- Then marinate chicken with onion, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, cardamom, cumin, bay leaves, red chili, salt and turmeric for 30 minutes.
- Now cook in ghee for 30 minutes and roast it nicely.
- Then put green chilies, mint leaves and 1 glass water.
- Now add soaked rice.
- When it boils 1-2, simmer it, then put kewra and mix it.
